In no event shall Kōfē, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from: a. Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content. b. Personal injury or property damage of any nature resulting from your access to and use of our Services. c. Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers.
Shipping and Returns
a. We currently ship only within New Zealand. Delivery times and shipping costs are outlined at checkout. b. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
